There is a quiet unspoken problem sitting inside the Fife property market.
In the last two years, 84.1% of the homes that came on the market have ended up selling.
Meanwhile, the remaining 15.9% of Fife homes, they didn’t sell. They simply sat, drifted, reduced, and eventually disappeared from the market unsold. That gap is not usually caused by greed. It is caused by hope, emotion and, sometimes, poor advice.
