EP 45 THE WEALTH CREATION SHOW: How to Retire Early (Watch/Read/Listen)

PODCAST: https://anchor.fm/fife-properties/episodes/EP45-THE-WEALTH-CREATION-SHOW-How-to-Retire-Early-e1qo3mp

If I asked you what the age of retirement in the UK is, most people would say an age of 65 and onwards. But why is that?  Because retirement is nothing to do with age, it’s everything to do with money. If you have the money, you can retire anytime you want!

Retirement doesn’t mean sitting on the porch day after day watching the world go by, it means being able to do what you want to do, whenever you want to and having the financial means to do it.

So how can you retire early?

Luckily, you don’t need to head back to school to understand this as Jim Parker and Richard Cook are on hand to take you through the simple (Yes, I said simple) strategies you need to implement to achieve financial freedom. As ever, this is based on Jim’s personal experience and wisdom that took him from homeless and unemployed in his early 20’s to financial freedom at 38 years old.

I often get asked what is going to happen to Fife house prices.

Many things affect house prices, and it comes down to simple supply and demand.

On the supply side of the equation, in the short-term, the number of people wanting to sell their property at any one time has a massive effect on house prices.

How will interest rate rises affect the people of Fife and how high can it go? (Watch/Listen)

PODCAST: https://anchor.fm/fife-properties/episodes/How-will-interest-rate-rises-affect-you-and-how-high-can-it-go-e1q6j7a

How will interest rate rises affect you and how high can it go? Interest rates have risen sharply as the Bank of England continues to use its powers to tackle soaring prices. The Bank has increased its benchmark rate from 2.25% to 3%. That is the eighth consecutive increase since December, pushing the rate to its highest level for 14 years. It also marks the biggest single increase since 1989, and could have a big impact on the cost of living and people’s finances.
